What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone and what you ordered, so we can make, ship and support your order and keep the records the law requires.
- Your account: if you create one, your login details and order history.
- Enquiries: what you send through our contact, custom mural and trade forms, including any photos, so we can reply and quote. Enquiries are stored securely on this website and emailed to our team.
- Reviews: your name, email and review. Your name and review are shown publicly; your email is not.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal, which receives the details needed to process your payment and uses them under its own privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card number.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for the shop to work, such as your cart and login. Our store software also records how visitors arrived at an order (for example from a search engine or an email), to help us understand what brings customers to the site.
Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the shop, such as our payment provider, shipping carriers and website host, and only as needed. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires. Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
