Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we accept your order and begin production.
Prices are shown in US dollars. We check prices carefully, but if an error is found we will contact you before going ahead.
Made-to-order and custom murals
Murals are made to order in the size you choose. For custom murals we send a digital proof, and production starts only after you approve it. Please check sizes, spelling and details carefully before approving.
When you send us an image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Colors and images
We reproduce colors as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and fired ceramic can differ slightly from what you see on a monitor. Room photos on this site show how murals can look installed and may include visualizations.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is free within the United States. Because murals are made to order, we do not accept returns unless we made an error with your order. Broken or damaged tiles are replaced free of charge. Production and delivery times are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Installation
Murals should be installed by a qualified tile installer following our installation guide and the instructions of the mortar and grout makers. We are not responsible for problems caused by installation or surface preparation.

The text, photos and designs on this website belong to Vista Ceramics or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
