How long it takes
Every mural is made to order after you place your order. Custom murals are made after you approve your digital proof. Once your mural ships, standard delivery takes 4 to 5 days.

Broken or damaged tiles
Please open the box and check your tiles against the numbered layout sheet before your installer starts. Broken and damaged tiles are replaced free of charge: email photos to Rich@Vistaceramics.com and we will send replacements.
Returns
Because every mural is made to order for you, we do not accept returns unless we made an error with your order. If we did, contact us and we will make it right.
Please check your size carefully before ordering. Our size guide and tile calculator help, and we are glad to check your measurements with you.
